Christmas 2006

Well, a bit has happened since the last post. We visited the doctor last week with colds and we thought everyone was healing. Just kidding! Elli kept getting worse and worse. To add a cherry to the top of the sundae she started with explosive diarrhea. Apparently it's a virus that is super common in our area. So she quit eating. I finally argued with Doug enough to take them back to the doctor. Yup the cold is now pneumonia for both of them and Elli has like two other viruses. What a trip for Ben and Dorleen! The girls are sick and Doug won't stop working. HOHOHO Merry Christmas. Heck, Christmas is Monday and our tree is still in the front yard, no decorations are up. What scrooges! My poor girls! The good news is that the girls are starting to feel better and Doug promised that after the new year he's taking me on a 3 day vacation to get away from it all before the baby gets here. We hope everyone is having a little better holiday than us! Merry Christmas!

Well, I know it has been more than a week since my last update, I guess I bit off more than I could chew! Things have been crazy around here trying to get ready for company and both of the girls have been sick. Little Elli broke her first tooth last week and the 2nd one is on it's way. Poor girl is so miserable. We had a quick visit from Aunt Nita last weekend, it was so much fun! We miss you dearly! Next time bring everyone else ok?! Grandma and Grampa from Oregon are going to be here today and we are soooooo excited! The girls are going to have a blast! I'll try to keep up a bit better but no promises it's the holidays! Merry Christmas Everyone and I've almost finished our Christmas cards so hopefully I'll have them out this week! Love ya!
